ORGANISATION CAPACITY IMPROVEMENT CONSULTANTS (OCIC) International is a private Organisation Development (OD) Company. OCIC evolved from several years of Management and Training Consultancy and Organisational Development (OD) Consultancy skills acquisition and practice of a number of OD practitioners including that of its current Chief Executive and International Director of Operations.

Post-Graduate Diploma in ODThe Post Graduate Diploma in OD programme is designed as a 3-week, four modular programme. It is delivered at six monthly intervals with three mentoring sessions in-between.
In addition, students pair as OD practitioner / Consulting teams to undertake practical assignments and present field reports at mentoring sessions for assessment and feedback.
Masters Degree in ODThe Master’s degree programme is designed as a sandwich programme and spread over a period of three years, except for holders of approved Post-graduate Diploma in OD and other qualifications which may transfer credit hours and therefore complete the programme within a minimum of one year period.
Doctoral Degree in ODThe Doctorate degree programme will take a minimum of three-and-half years and a maximum of five years.Students who have already undertaken an accredited Post-graduate Diploma in OD course or the Masters version, may be able to complete the programme in a shorter period depending on the amount of acceptable credit hours they are able to transfer...
