Post-Graduate Diploma in OD
The Post Graduate Diploma in OD programme is designed as a 3-week, four modular programme. It is delivered at six monthly intervals with three mentoring sessions in-between.
In addition, students pair as OD practitioner / Consulting teams to undertake practical assignments and present field reports at mentoring sessions for assessment and feedback.
Modules and Course outlines

Students would be expected to cover four modules over the two-years period for the Post Graduate Diploma. The four modules would be taught courses while the remaining three practical assignments would be a field work. During this period they will be expected to bring into practice all the theories they learned in the class room. At the end of the four modules, students will be able to:
- Assess the capacity of an organisation;
- Assess the effectiveness of teams;
- Conduct an organisational culture assessment;
- Build work teams;
- Undertake effective coaching;
- Effectively resolve conflict;
- Conduct strategic planning intervention;
- undertake large systems intervention.

The Organisation Development (OD) Institute, USA, has accredited the OD Postgraduate Programmes. It has already been mounted successfully in Kenya, Ethiopia and Ghana.
