Our OD consulting skills training programme is the only OD training programme accredited by the OD institute (USA) in Africa.

AN OCIC-UCC COLLABORATION

OCIC in collaboration with UCC started a sandwich programme in Organisation Development (OD) in July 2003. Owing to the high demand for the programme, two additional programmes at the Masters and Doctoral degree levels have also been introduced.
